Players must pay the weekly game fee to the team manager via the Play Hq app unless another form of payment method has been arranged by the team manager.

 

If a player is injured throughout the season and will be out for more than four weeks, the player must pay for the first four weeks that they will be out for.  If a player has been injured or is ill and won't be able to play for a while, a medical certificate must be handed to the team manager who will forward it to either the boys or girls coordinator so that the missed games can be accountable towards finals games if their team happens to make finals.

If a player decides to quit or leave the team permanently, and will be out for more than four weeks, the player must pay for the first four weeks that they will be out for.

All players in the team MUST pay weekly so that if the team needs to ask for a fill in for a sick or injured player, that the rest of the team are not having to pay for the player who is away and that the fill-in is covered.
